Problem

The client needed continuous measurements of vRMS, aRMS, shock, and temperature, fully integrated into their FactoryTalk View SCADA system.
Solution
PT Chronos Universal installed rugged vibration and temperature sensors on the crusher motor bearings and connected them to a realtime monitoring platform. The system delivered continuous readings of key vibration parameters and seamlessly integrated all data into FactoryTalk View SCADA for live display, alarms, and trend analysis.
